“Our approach to product development begins with an exhaustive review of the clinical research. But the research has gaps, so to overcome them we turn to our collective of over 4,000 practitioners-from nutritionists, to dietitians, naturopathic doctors, midwives, and OB-GYNs.” -needed

I'm so grateful to be working with this amazing brand to create this special drink for women.

This Rosemary Hot Tonic is a rejuvenating and hydrating beverage, perfect for new mothers or anyone looking to nourish their body. Infused with the aromatic and healing properties of rosemary, and complemented by the essential electrolytes from hydration packets, it's a delightful way to stay hydrated and refreshed.

Ingredients

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

  • 1 grapefruit hydration support packet

  • 4 cups of boiling water

  • Optional: Honey or lemon for added flavor

Preparation

  1. Steep the Rosemary: Begin by placing the rosemary sprigs in a large teapot or heat-proof pitcher. If you prefer a stronger rosemary flavor, gently bruise the leaves to release more oils. Low boil for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Dissolve Hydration Packet: Boil water and pour it into the pitcher, over the rosemary water. Add the hydration packets to the hot water and stir until completely dissolved. The hydration packet will provide essential electrolytes and minerals, enhancing the drink’s hydrating properties.

  3. Add Optional Ingredients: If desired, add a squeeze of lemon juice for a citrusy tang or a teaspoon of honey for natural sweetness. A pinch of sea salt can be added for additional electrolytes, enhancing the hydration benefits.

  4. Strain and Serve: After steeping, strain the tonic to remove the rosemary sprigs. Serve the tonic warm, ensuring a comforting and soothing experience.

  5. Enjoy: Sip this hydrating rosemary tonic slowly, allowing your body to absorb the hydration and nutrients. It’s a perfect way to take a moment for yourself, particularly during the busy holiday season.
