Positive ions are created from pollution, toxic chemicals, pet dander, cigarette smoke. Positive ions may produce short-term and long-term effects on the body including asthma, shortness of breath, allergies, and more.The benefits of negative ions to our body include:

  • Balancing hormones

  • Increased the flow of oxygen to the brain

  • Mood-boosting

  • Reduces stress

  • Reduces anxiety

You can increase negative ions in your home with these tips:

  • Have more plants in your home

  • Burn beeswax candles

  • Use a Himalayan salt lamp

  • Reduce artificial light & blue light after dark

  • Turn off cell phones at night
