gut happy herb dressing

This dressing is my all time favorite for crudite, salads or over roasted potatoes, Its easy to prepare and packed with phytochemicals, it is gut friendly and is no doubt a crowd pleaser.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 c plain kefir yogurt

  • 1/2 c vegan mayonnaise

  • 2 T apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 lemon

  • 1/4 c fresh dill

  • 1/4 c parsley

  • 1/4 c fresh tarragon

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • pinch of himalayan salt

    To make:

    Pour all liquids into a vitamix or blender, roughly chop herbs and add to liquid. Blend until smooth add garlic and salt. Blend until mixture is thoroughly blended. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and serve.
