2-6 months Postpartum

Two to six months postpartum is not the end of recovery. According to Ayurveda, it is the integration — the slow, essential work of rebuilding tissue, restoring minerals, rebalancing hormones, and finding the rhythms that will sustain you into motherhood for years, not just weeks.
