nourish me morning oats

I make these morning oats most days for my infant and myself. They are loaded with immune boosting benefits, fiber to keep you full, it’s chocked full of protein, antioxidants and more. You can make a big pot and use for a few days.

Ingredients:

  • Organic Oats- I used Bob’s Red Mill-1c

  • Goji Berries- 1t

  • Flax seed-1t

  • Chia Seeds-1/2 T

  • Blueberries-1/2 c

  • Almond Milk-1/4 c

  • Kefir yogurt-1-2 T

    Prepare oats as directed, stir in goji berries, blueberries. Simmer for a few minutes. Add Almond milk and kefir yogurt.
